Lloyd Hoffspiegel did a fantastic job with my Premises Liability case. I knew these were very hard cases to prove so I didn’t want to go to one of the TV lawyers who probably wouldn’t take the time and care to pursue compensation for me. I didn’t get passed on to a legal assistant, Lloyd personally handled my case. I could call him with questions and he would always take the time to talk to me. He invested a lot of his own money on the case such as hiring a private investigator, taking lots of depositions and conducting a mock trial. He was a tough negotiator when it came time to deal with the insurance company. He pushed and pushed until he got the insurance company to “throw in the flag” and pay a significant settlement amount.
